• When is the campaign period?

  The campaign period is valid from 1^st Oct 2023 until 31^st January 2024.

• Who can sign-up for this offer?

  This offer is open to all Pos Malaysia Group ’s employees & riders with a valid staff ID or riders’ apps screenshot

  Applicable to CC-to-CI, new registrations, port-ins, change of rate plan & pre to post with device bundle for Hotlink Postpaid 60/MP 79/109/139/169/199 plan.

• Where will the plan be available for registration?

  Pos Malaysia Group employees can submit Register of Interest form (ROI) from the microsite via the link in the eDM OR walk-in to Maxis Centre.

• What are the required identification for registration?

  • MyKad/Passport and Staff ID

  OR

  • MyKad/Passport and HR/Company Letter

• Do I enjoy any advance payment waiver?

  You will only enjoy rate plan advance payment waiver.

  You will still need to pay for device advance payment & deposit (if applicable). However, there is waiver of RM400 on selected devices with the retail price between RM100 to RM2,000.

• Am I tied to a contract if I register for this offer?

  Yes, this offer is subject to a 24-month contract

• I am still on contract with my existing mobile operator. How can I accept this offer without having to take a new number?

  You will need to terminate your device contract with your current mobile operator and settle all outstanding amount. Then port in your existing line to Maxis to enjoy this offer.

• What happens if I terminate within the Device Contract period?

  An Early Termination Fees will be charged. Calculation of the termination fees as follow:

  • Register via Maxis Centres: (Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee

• What happens if I transfer my line to another person within the Device Contract period?

  Device contract is non-transferable.
  An Early Termination Fee will be charged.

• If I fail to make payment for device contract plan, what will happen to my contract?

  If you fail to make payment for device contract plan, the monthly fee & contract will continue to run till contract ends. In the event you terminate the contract prior to contract ends, penalty will be charged to your account.

• Where do I register this promo?

  Via Maxis Centre or via Pos Malaysia microsite.

• Where do I pay the bills?

  Via apps, internet banking, walk-in to Maxis Centre or via Maxis kiosks.

• Can I upgrade my plan during contract term?

  Yes.

• How do I return faulty device and warranty period?

  Please liaise directly with the device vendor.

• How fast can we get the device if register via Omnichannel /MC?

  Omnichannel & Telesales:-
  Klang Valley: 3-5 days
  Outside Klang Valley: 5-7 working days

  Maxis Centre: On the spot (subject to stocks availability)

• Can I register more than 1 line?

  Yes.

• Can we bundle this plan with Maxis Home Fibre/Home 4G WiFi?

  Yes.

• What happened if I don’t pay my bills?

  If no payment is received within 30 days from billing date, your service will be barred.

• Is this promo eligible for non Pos Malaysia Group employee & riders?

  No. This promo only valid for Pos Malaysia Group employee & riders.

• What if I lost my device?

  User need to call 123 to block the line & request to issue new sim.
