Azran Osman-Rani builds disruptive new businesses that challenge the status quo. His current venture, Naluri, is a digital health therapeutics company that uses AI tools to augment professional care for chronic diseases and mental health. He was also part of the start-up team at iflix. Previously, Azran pioneered the long-haul, low-cost airline model as the founding CEO of AirAsia X. He led the growth from start-up to US$1 billion in revenue. Azran held previous leadership roles at Astro All Asia Networks, the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, and at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Masters degree in Management Science & Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University.

Yusri leads Corporate Strategy & Risk Management in PROTON, focusing on long term strategy and business plan of the company, ecosystem and industry. He has served various roles including Product Planning, Branding, Marketing, International Business and Corporate Communications. His experience spans across several transformation programs in PROTON.

Natalia is the CHRO in Maxis and she is responsible for Maxis’ people agenda. She has played several integral HR leadership roles, including as Country HR Leader, Regional HR Leader and Global HR Business Partner where she led several HR transformation programs relating to global merger and divestiture deals. Prior to joining Maxis, Natalia was the Asia Pacific HR Leader for Micro Focus, a UK-based technology company. She has worked with Zaid Ibrahim & Co (ZICO Law), United Nations, CIMB and Hewlett Packard (HP). Natalia graduated from Staffordshire University in the UK with a Law Degree (LLB).
