  • Maxis will help you set up your company domain name and walk you through it step-by-step, helping you get familiar with your new service.

  • RM5 will be waived from your plan.

  • A maximum number of 300 licenses can be active, at any point in time.

  • There is a 24-month contract for Pro@myBusiness. Early termination of the Pro@myBusiness service will be charged in the remaining months of the contract.

  • You can write an official letter to BizCare or walk in to any Maxis Center. Alternatively, you can contact your Maxis Sales Rep.You are allowed up to a maximum of 300 licenses per company. Please include your legally registered company name and the account that you wish to charge the licenses to in your official letter.

  • Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Pro@myBusiness subscription, you can download your data—for example, your emails and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel.After you cancel your subscription, the data linked to your Pro@myBusiness - Office365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

  • It will take at least 3 – 5 days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. The Maxis Maxperts Team will call you to walk you through your new service once the order is created successfully.

  • You can contact the Maxis Maxperts Team, toll-free 1-800-82-1919 or dial 1919 from your mobile. You can also send an email to bizcare@maxis.com.my. The Maxperts Team is available to you 24/7.
