Maxis Zerolution360 for Business offers the most comprehensive device protection plan that covers your device from accidental damage, attended theft, priority repair services with faster repair times, a free backup loan phone, and one-time free screen replacement.
Am I covered if I damage my device?
For peace of mind, all Zerolution360 for Business Plan comes with Device Protection (accidental damage, attended theft, device repair option, free screen break replacement and quick turnaround time) at no additional costs.

What happens if my device is stolen?
All Zerolution360 for Business plans come with device protection that also covers attended theft. So, don’t sweat it – we’ve got you covered. You simply need to call our Claims Hotline and provide a police report to make your Attended Theft claim. Our Claims Hotline contact number is 1-800-886-888 (Mon-Fri, 9.00am - 6.30pm).
What does free screen break replacement cover?
Free Screen Break Replacement covers breakage to the device screen and its accompanying surface glass leading to loss of screen functionality. If only the surface glass is cracked in any manner (e.g. minor, major, hairline cracks, etc.) either front, side or back, it will not be valid for a Glass Breakage claim. And if there is a mechanical breakdown due to the resulting damage (i.e. from drop, impact, pressure, etc.) then it will be classified as an accidental damage claim instead.
How often can I upgrade my device?
You can upgrade your device any time after you have made 12 bill payments (from month 13 onwards). Once you upgrade your device, your commitment will restart with the new device that you have selected.
To be eligible for an upgrade, your device needs to be in a good working condition (to be reviewed by Maxis) and you would need to pay a one-time upgrade fee, which reduces every quarter and is free from month 24 onwards
What happens if I want to upgrade a device but I haven't reached my 12 months term?
You will have to wait until you reach the 12 months term, after which you can upgrade at any time. There are some eligibility criteria you’ll have to meet as per above, and you will be subject to an upgrade fee.Any upgrade before the stipulated time period will be considered a termination and will incur a penalty charge.
What happens to my Zerolution360 for Business subscription when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, your existing subscription will be terminated and you will be tied to a new 24-month subscription.You will then need to pay the monthly fee for your new device, which may differ from your previous device.
What happens if I don't upgrade?
If you do not upgrade, you can continue paying for this programme from month 24 onwards until you decide to upgrade in which you would need to return the device in good working condition (to be reviewed by Maxis). Alternatively, you can choose to end the subscription by returning the phone.
How do I upgrade to a new mobile device after 12 months?
You can choose to upgrade your device at any point from month 13 onwards through our Maxis Business dealers or Relationship Managers. Then, you need to choose the device that you wish to upgrade to. You will then need to pay a one-time upgrade fee, return your old device and your commitment will restart with the price of the new device that you have selected.
What will happen to the Zerolution360 for Business monthly fees if I do not return the device after 24 months?
If you do not return your device after the 24-month contract, then you will continue to be charged your monthly fee until the time at which you inform us that you wish to exit the programme or change your device. If you do not return your device upon termination, then you will be charged a device non-return fee.
What happens if I want to return the device but the device is not in good working condition?
If your device is not in a good working condition at point of upgrade, you can utilise the comprehensive coverage that comes with your Maxis Zerolution360 subscription.
If you have reached your claim limit, there is still the option to pay an excess fee, hence the zero-worry experience as you do not need to replace the damaged device with another device at the full retail price.
What if I cancel my Zerolution360 for Business or terminate my line with Maxis?
You will be required to pay the remaining balance for Zerolution360 for Business should you cancel within the subscription period, and any relevant penalty fees on your line. A non-return device fee will be applicable if you do not return your device at the point of termination.
Do I need to return the device if I terminate my Zerolution360 for Business membership after 24 months? Are there any charges if I wish to keep the device?
Yes, you must return your device at the point of terminating your contract. A non-return device fee will be applicable if you do not return your device at the point of termination.
Who is eligible for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business?
You have to be a Maxis Business customer with a good payment record in order to qualify for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business. Upon signing up for this programme, we will perform a business credit check to evaluate your company’s financial status. If you meet the criteria, you can immediately enroll into Maxis Zerolution360 for Business and we will arrange door-to-door delivery for your new device.
For customers who do not qualify for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business, you will only be able to purchase a phone with Maxis through our normal contract price offer. However, we encourage you to check on your updated credit rating after a few months later.
For new customers joining Maxis for the very first time, you have to be an existing Maxis customer for at least six (6) months with good payment record in order to qualify for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business.
For new customers joining Maxis from other operators, you can qualify for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business too. Upon your business credit check, please submit your last 6 months postpaid bills from your previous operator with cleared outstanding for us to verify your credibility to enroll for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business. This only applies if you are a postpaid customer in your previous operator.
How would I know if I qualify for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business?
For existing Maxis business customers, you can get a Maxis dealer to help verify your eligibility for Zerolution360 for Business. For new customers, you will be required to submit a business credit check as per mentioned and/or port in your current mobile line from other operators.
Where can I sign up for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business?
For existing Maxis business customers, you may proceed to purchase your next phone on Maxis Zerolution360 for Business through our Maxis Business dealer.
For new customers joining Maxis from other operators, you may present your last 6 month postpaid bill and other documents for business credit check through our Maxis Business dealer in order to be eligible for Maxis Zerolution360 for Business.
