What is this SIM Trial Pack?
This SIM Trial Pack is a mobile SIM card trial pack that gives you unlimited local voice calls and short messaging services (SMS) with up to 20GB data during the Trial Period. If you have received this SIM Trial Pack, it is our token of appreciation to you for being our loyal Maxis ONEBusiness Fibre customer.


Is this SIM Trial Pack FREE?
Yes, this SIM Trial Pack is FREE and there is no activation fee, deposit, or advance payment required.


To activate this SIM Trial Pack, all you need to do is contact us at 1800 82 8200 on Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. A new mobile number will be assigned to you or we can assist you to switch your mobile number from the existing service provider to Maxis.


This SIM Trial Pack is exclusively for the existing Maxis ONEBusiness Fibre customers who do not have any existing mobile lines with us. The use of the SIM Trial Pack is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/business/tnc.

Trial Period
This SIM Trial Pack is valid from the date of activation and it will expire on 15th October 2019, 11.59 p.m. (“Trial Period”).


Does this affect my existing Maxis Business Fibre plan?
There is no contract or plan for this SIM Trial Pack during the Trial Period and your existing Maxis ONEBusiness Fibre plan will NOT be renewed or affected upon activation of the SIM Trial Pack. You may choose to subscribe to Maxis ONE Business plan after the Trial Period.


Can I activate additional SIM cards for this Trial?  
You may activate up to 3 SIM cards only. However, you may add new phone lines to your Maxis ONEBusiness plan after 15th October 2019.


Can I purchase new devices with this SIM Trial Pack?
For purchase of new devices, you need to subscribe to our Maxis ONEBusiness plan per new line registration under our Maxis ONEBusiness plan.


Can I use this SIM Trial Pack outside Malaysia?
No, this SIM Trial Pack can only be used within Malaysia.


What happens to this SIM Trial Pack after the Trial Period?
If you decide to continue with the SIM Trial Pack after the Trial Period, you must send a SMS with “START” to 22622 before the expiry of the Trial Period and the SIM cards will be automatically upgraded to ONEBusiness 98.

If you do not respond by sending a SMS with “START” to 22622, the SIM cards will be deactivated after the Trial Period at no further cost to you.
