How do I register for Pro@myBusiness?

Can Pro@myBusiness be used on non-Maxis mobile devices?

Absolutely! One of the primary benefits of Pro@myBusiness is that we provide great productivity solutions, on any mobile device.


Do I need extra IT resources to set up or manage my Pro@myBusiness service? Can someone help me?

Maxis will help you set up your company domain name and walk you through it step-by-step, helping you get familiar with your new service.


What if I already own a domain?

RM5 will be waived from your plan.


What is the maximum number of Office 365 licenses I can purchase from Maxis?

A maximum number of 300 licenses can be active, at any point in time.


Is there a contract period for Pro@myBusiness?

There is a 24-month contract for Pro@myBusiness. Early termination of the Pro@myBusiness service will be charged in the remaining months of the contract.


What should I do if I want to add more Office 365 licenses?

You can write an official letter to BizCare or walk in to any Maxis Center. Alternatively, you can contact your Maxis Sales Rep.

You are allowed up to a maximum of 300 licenses per company. Please include your legally registered company name and the account that you wish to charge the licenses to in your official letter.


What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Pro@myBusiness subscription, you can download your data—for example, your emails and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel.

After you cancel your subscription, the data linked to your Pro@myBusiness - Office365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.


How long will it take to process my order?

It will take at least 3 – 5 days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. The Maxis Maxperts Team will call you to walk you through your new service once the order is created successfully.


Can I contact Maxis for technical support or if I have any enquiry regarding Pro@myBusiness?

You can contact the Maxis Maxperts Team, toll-free 1-800-82-1919 or dial 1919 from your mobile. You can also send an email to bizcare@maxis.com.my. The Maxperts Team is available to you 24/7.


How long is the promotion period for the M365 Business Basic and Business Standard?
The promotion is available for sign up until June 30th, 2021.

Can I upgrade my M365 Business Basic to Business Standard within the contract?
Yes. You can upgrade the license and you will be charged with the new fee.

I have the M365 subscription on an 12m contract. What happens after the contract period?
Your subscription will continue and be charged based on standard subscription fee. In the event, you need to terminate the license, kindly contact Maxis via 1919.

I have my own organization domain name. Can I use my domain instead? 
Yes. You can use your organization domain to replace onmicrosoft.com domain. Maxis support will assist to join the domain to onmicrosoft.com domain.
