1. If you wish to reschedule your appointment after it has been scheduled, please WhatsApp us at +6012 215 2670 at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
2. The important things to take note before the installation day are:
- Make sure you have the building permit before your installation and obtain the necessary approvals (if required).
- The Person-In-Charge/ IT personnel of your company must be present during the installation.
- Make sure your premise is not under renovation and has electricity on-site.
- Prepare sufficient power outlets and some cash as extra charges may apply for cabling.
