ValueCall is an affordable office phone service where each physical line is connected via RJ11 copper wire to a telephone set or key telephone system (KTS).

What does each ValueCall service comes with?
ValueCall service subscribers will be provided with an individual telephone number – a telephone line directly connected to a telephone set.

No telephone set is provided if the service subscribed is for multiple ValueCall services with pilot and multi line-hunting features, which is connected to customer's key telephone system.

How is ValueCall service billed?
ValueCall is billed according to the telephone number.

What are the value-added services for direct ValueCall service?
There are several value-added service for Direct Line which are known as Call Management Services that are available on a subscription basis:
