  1. The Plan(s): Comprises of Unity Solutions Service Packages (“Unity Solutions”) which include Unity Hotline Lite, Unity Hotline Lite Deskphone plan, Unity Conference, Unity Hotline, Unity Reception, Unity OneNumber and Unity Messaging.
  2. You: The Business Customer signing up for the Plan(s).
  3.  The use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Speci c Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/tnc/business.
  4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  5. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Plan(s) and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/tnc/business, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision / change to the terms and conditions of Service(s) and/or Plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions / changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions / changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Service(s) by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.


  1. To be eligible for this Plan(s) you must be:
    1. our Business Customer.
    2. must subscribe to Maxis postpaid mobile services
  1. This Plan(s) is inapplicable to you if you have any outstanding balance with us. 


  1. The Service(s) commences on the date the Service is made available to you or such date as may be approved by us in writing.
  2. The Service(s) will continue until terminated in accordance with this SSTC.
  3. The Unity Hotline Lite and Unity Hotline Lite Deskphone plan with the desk phone is for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of activation of the Service(s). In the event you terminate the contract before the expiry of the minimum period, early termination charges shall apply where you are liable to pay the monthly commitment charges for the balance of the minimum period.


  1. The Plan(s) structure is in the attached Appendix and also published at www.maxis.com.my/tnc/business. Charges published are exclusive of all applicable taxes including GST.
  2. You may be charged for the prevailing call Charges for calls to the dial-in number and/or to and from the Virtual number in accordance with the Service(s) subscribed.
  3. You are to pay to early termination charges should you terminate your Plan(s) before the end of your contract.


  1. You acknowledge and accept, for the voice and SMS allocated with the Plan(s) that the unlimited minutes applies to:
    1. Domestic mobile ON-net usage (Maxis to Maxis calls) for Unity Lite plan (excluding OFF-NET usage (calls from Maxis to other Service Provider), calls to fixed lines, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-800/600 & 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix numbers for IDD calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).
    2. are for standard person to person calls or texts;
    3. it is NOT meant for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage.no data services.
  1. Where calls are made using the [*9] prefix for the Plan(s), the Unlimited Minutes & SMS does NOT apply. All outgoing calls using this feature will be charged 10 sen per minute and will be billed to your Unity Package account. 


  1. For the Plan(s), you acknowledge and accept:
    1. upon successful registration you will be allocated with a Virtual Number which is tagged to your existing mobile number or corporate number. This Virtual Number cannot be changed, reassigned or ported out of Maxis under any circumstances.
    2. the maximum number of lines allocated to you to receive and make calls shall be based on the packages you have subscribed for.
    3. all calls made to or using the Plan(s) is exclusively for domestic usage only unless otherwise agreed by us.
    4. upon registration, you are to provide Maxis with all information necessary to enable Maxis to create user pro les for each user to access the Service(s).You may change these information through the Maxis Portal.
  1. You may choose the preferred ringing types either simultaneous or sequential under the Services.
  2. You are to update the details of users pro le from time to time on Maxis portal to ensure there is no illegal use, misuse or fraud of the Service(s).
  3. You are the sole owner of content and are solely responsible for the content of all conference communications through your account.


  1. You are to configure the lines allocated to you for the Plan(s) through our Unity Solutions portal.


  1. You are to ensure that the deskphone / equipment used by you is compatible to the Service. 


  1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such period of time as we deem fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if you are found:
    1. Storing, editing, transferring, downloading, modifying and shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
    2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities; or
    3. is not in accordance with Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP).


  1.  The rates outlined in the Plan(s) structure (as per the Appendix) do not account for usage while on an overseas roaming network. Whilst roaming overseas, the prevailing roaming charges at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/business/business-solutions/international-roaming.html apply;    


  1. Subject to the GTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan(s) as follows:
    1. by calling our customer care line at 1800-82-1919 or 1919;
    2. by walking in to any one of our Maxis Centre, the locations of which can be obtained from our website at www.maxis.com.my; or
    3. by writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my or bizcare@maxis.com.my.
