What is ONEBusiness Smart?
ONEBusiness Smart is an all-in-one business bundle plan designed for Micro-SME customers, it consists of:

  • A ONEBusiness Fibre plan with zero downtime
  • FREE ONEBusiness Voice Go solution for 24 months
  • FREE eSMS solution for 24 months
  • Optional roaming monthly add-on to roam in 13 countries

 

Who is eligible to sign up for this business bundle plan?
The ONEBusiness Smart bundle plan is only applicable for SME customers. For this bundle, the mobile lines are available for existing lines, new registrations, and port-ins. For ONEBusiness Fibre customers, you will need to be currently on one of our eligible fibre plans.

 

How many ONEBusiness Smart bundles can I sign up for?
You may only sign up for 1 bundle per company.

 

How many lines can I sign up per bundle?
You may sign up to a maximum of 5 mobile lines per bundle (including share lines).

 

If I am an existing Maxis mobile customer can I sign up for this bundle?
Yes you can, you can change your current mobile plan and sign up for our ONEBusiness Fibre to enjoy this bundle.

 

If I am an existing Maxis Fibre customer can I sign up for this bundle?
Yes you can, you must be on one of our eligible ONEBusiness Fibre plans (30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 800Mbps) and sign up for our mobile plans.



What is unlimited workhour data?
Unlimited Workhour data allows users to enjoy unlimited mobile data on Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. The data usage will NOT be deducted from your existing allocated data quota. However, it is only applicable for the Maxis ONEBusiness 98, 128, 158 & 188 plans.

 

What happens if I use my mobile data outside the designated Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) time period?
Your mobile data usage will be drawn from your allocated monthly data quota.

 

I am currently using a fibre Internet service from another provider; can I switch my fibre service to Maxis?
Yes, you may change your service to Maxis Fibre with this promo offer.

 

What happens if I am not able to successfully install my business fibre?
If your ONEBusiness Fibre installation is not successful, you will not be able to enjoy unlimited workhour data.

 

What happens if I terminate my ONEBusiness Fibre?
If you terminate your ONEBusiness Fibre, you will not be able to enjoy unlimited workhour data.

 

What is ONEBusiness Travel monthly pass and which countries are covered?
The Maxis ONEBusiness Travel Monthly Pass is offered exclusively for ONEBusiness 128,158 & 188 lines. It comes with a 24 month contract and it comes with unlimited calls & SMS and 15GB of mobile data per month when you travel to Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, China , Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau (13 countries).
