Do I need to purchase any equipment / hardware to use the Unity Reception?
All you need is to be an existing Maxis postpaid mobile plan subscriber. Once the service has been activated, you will receive SMS of your login ID to configure the service in the web portal. The browser supports all type of browsers from your laptop or even smartphone.
What is the Unity Reception number?
You can select any number from these ranges as your virtual business number.
If the department voice prompt template is not available from the list, how do I upload the voice recording?
Simply save the voice recording file on your PC. Login to the portal, open the respective menu location and upload the file. File format and recording guidelines are provided in the web portal.
