Maxis Business Fibre Offer - FAQ

  • This offer is open for 100Mbps to 1Gbps Maxis Business Fibre plans, with additional RM10 rebate given to eligible Maxis Business Fibre plans customers for 24 months, plus savings of up to RM240.

  • Open to all our new customers across all channels and segments. However, this offer will not be eligible for Renewal, Upgrade, Downgrade, Relocation, and customers who are currently enjoying a special price that is lower than this offer.

  • The campaign will be on-going for 3 months and will start from 1st March to 31st May 2024. Great news! There will be another 1 month extension to 31st July 2024.

  • Yes, MADANI Digital Grant customers get to enjoy additional savings. Do contact our representative to obtain more information on this.

  • No, this offer will not be applicable on top of other on-going Maxis Business Fibre campaigns and offers. They will be forfeited if you are interested to join in this offer. Only MADANI Digital Grant customers will be able to enjoy this offer.

  • If you terminate within your contract, you will be charged on Early Termination Charges and the charges will be as follows:

    Monthly Commitment fee (Standard Rate Plan) x Balance of the contract period

  • If you Upgrade or Downgrade within contract, you will no longer be able to enjoy the offer and the rebate will be forfeited. The Early Termination Charges will be imposed as follows:
