FAQ – SMB Individual Campaign

It’s an EXCLUSIVE offer for SMB Individuals to register for selected Maxis Postpaid plans, and enjoy a special rebate. This offer is only applicable to the targeted list available on the campaign page registration form.

Customers will enjoy a special rebate on the following plans:
MP79 MP109 MP139 MP169 MP199 Sim only RM10 x 24 With Device RM10 x 24 Note:
- MP79 with device offer is applicable for Online Exclusive only.
- Applicable to SIM-only plans, device bundles, or Prime Plans (rebate on mobile plan).
- Enjoy Rate Plan Advance Payment waiver.
- Up to RM400 Device Advance Payment Waiver for MNP customers only. New customers are subject to Enhanced Credit Check (ECC).
- Standard consumer business and device contracts apply.

The campaign period is from 1st January to 31st March 2025.

This offer is open to selected SMB Individuals with a valid staff ID.
Applicable to new registrations and MNP for SIM-only plans, device bundles, or Prime Plans.

Customers can submit the ROI on the microsite via the link in the eDM, or they can walk into a Maxis Centre/MEPS or attend a roadshow.

For SIM-only plans, customers will enjoy the Rate Plan Advance Payment Waiver. For device bundles/Prime Plans:
For device bundles, new customers will enjoy the Rate Plan Advance Payment Waiver.
MNP customers will enjoy the Rate Plan Advance Payment Waiver + Device Advance Payment Waiver for selected devices (customers may need to pay a deposit if applicable). -
Only plans with a device bundle or Prime Plan are subject to a 24-month contract.

This offer is only applicable to NEW and MNP customers.

An Early Termination Fee will be charged. Calculation of the termination fee is as follows:
Register via Maxis Centres:
(Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee

Device contract is non-transferable. An Early Termination Fee will be charged.

If a customer fails to make payment for their device contract plan, the monthly fee and contract will continue to run until the contract ends. If a customer terminates their contract before it ends, a penalty will be charged to their account.

Your rebate will be suspended and resume once your line is active based on the remaining rebate month(s).

Your rebate will be pro-rated on your last month and will be discontinued when the line is inactive.

No, you can only enjoy one rebate at any given time. In this scenario, since you have already enjoyed rebate with the SIM-only plan, you will not be eligible for the same rebate when you add a device bundle.
