The Maxis SME-CB Offer provides rebates and free speed upgrades for new sign-ups during the Offer Period through Digital Sales. The offer includes both standalone fibre plans and converged offers with mobile.

The offer is valid from 8th January 2025.

The offer is open to all new Maxis Business customers who subscribe to any of the eligible Maxis Business Fibre Plans during the Offer Period and register through any channels including Online Store.

You can sign up for this offer by visiting the Maxis Business Online Store, ensuring your address is within the Maxis Business Fibre coverage area, and subscribing to the eligible plan with a minimum contract period of 24 months.

The offer is only available for addresses within the Maxis Business Fibre coverage area. The infrastructure at your site must be ready no later than 1 month from the expiry of the Offer Period.

No, the offer is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.

The offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates, or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis. The Offer under the Business Fibre Dynamic IP Plan is NOT applicable to be applied with the offer by Maxis for the Geran Digital PMKS Madani.

For standalone plans, you will start paying from the first month. For converged offers, you will start paying from the 3rd month onwards, with the first two months being free.

If you terminate or downgrade your Service(s) during the Rebate Period, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked, and you will be required to pay Maxis the monthly recurring Charges for the whole months remaining of the Minimum Period of Services (calculated to include the Rebate).

If the Service(s) is suspended during the Rebate Period for any reason, the Rebate under the Offer will automatically be revoked, and you will be required to pay Maxis the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the subsequent months upon reactivation after the suspension.

After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly recurring Charges (before deduction of the Rebate) for the Service(s) will apply.

Yes, Maxis reserves the right to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Service(s) if your usage shows excessive usage, is for unlawful activities, is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy, is for commercial/non-personal purposes, or shows usage in any device(s) or equipment other than Maxis Equipment.
