You have to be subscribed to a Maxis Business Fibre/DIA/MPLS internet

Currently, fixed numbers are not portable and cannot be transferred to Maxis Business Voice Connect lines. However, you can choose a new fixed line number with your state prefix (03, 05, etc) with your Maxis Business Voice Connect.

You can connect one of the Voice Connect telephone line from theATA (Analogue Telephone Adapter) to your fax machine (instead of analogue phone) to use it. -
No, we stop CLIR feature as of 30 June 2023. as per SKMM direction in compliance with Numbering and Electronic Addressing Plan (NEAP) .
CLIR stands for Caller Line Identification Restriction – where when an outgoing call is made, recipient will not see any telephone number displayed on the phone or “Private” will be shown.

Once CLIR feature have been removed, you will no longer be billed for this service and the person being called will be able to see the telephone number.
