Service Specific Terms & Conditions – SMB Individual Campaign

• Introduction

  1. Sign up for any of the following All-New Maxis Postpaid plans (“Plan(s)”):-
     1. Maxis Postpaid 79 with device bundle (Online Exclusive) or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP 79”); or
     2. Maxis Postpaid 109 with device bundle, SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (“MP 109”); or
     3. Maxis Postpaid 139 with device bundle, SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP 139”); or
     4. Maxis Postpaid 169 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP169”); or
     5. Maxis Postpaid 199 with device bundle or SIM Only Plan or Converged Plan (MP 199”).
         

  and enjoy a plan waiver or rebate (“the Campaign”) in accordance to the table below:

  2. To be eligible for this Campaign you must be:
     1. a SMB individual still under employment and with a valid MyKad/Passport and Staff ID/HR Letter/Company Letter from the eligible list of companies as recognised by Maxis (“Corporate Individuals”); or
     2. either a new or MNP customer who subscribes to the Plan(s).
  3. You are not eligible for the Campaign if:
     1. you have any outstanding payment with us; or
     2. you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, determination of your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion.

• Campaign Period

  5. This campaign shall commence as below:
     1^st January and end on 31^st March 2025.

• Charges

  6. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Campaign, including device advance payment. Charges exclude all applicable taxes.
  7. Upon activation of the Plan(s), the rebate will be reflected in your bill from the first month onwards for twenty-four (24) months. Thereafter, you will continue to pay the full price of your Plan every month onwards.

• Minimum Period of Subscription and Early Termination

  8. Each Plan with device bundle is subject to a minimum period of subscription of twenty-four (24) months (“Minimum Period of Service”).
  9. You shall NOT do any of the following during the Minimum Period of Service:
     1. Change or transfer ownership of your Plan to another person;
     2. Terminate your Plan before the end of the Minimum Period of Service; or
     3. Downgrade your plan to lower rate plan.
  10. If any of the events in Clause 9 above occurs, you shall no longer be entitled to enjoy the rebate and may be subject to early termination charges calculated as follows:
      1. (Recommended Retail Price - Upfront Price) x (Remaining month / 24 months) + RM100 admin fee.
  11. Each Plan under SIM Only Plan is not subject to any subscription however your rebate will be forfeited if you terminate the line. 

• General

  12. You may sign up for the Campaign by either:- 
      1. Submitting a register of interest (“ROI”) in the microsite from the link in the eDM or 
      2. Walk-in to Maxis Centre or MEPS or
      3. Register during selected roadshows or
      4. Contacted via Maxis Tele-Sales
  13. You are required to provide the following documentation for identification purposes during registration:
      1. MyKad/Passport and Staff ID/HR Letter/Company Letter
  14. The Campaign is not exchangeable for cash.
  15. Your entitlement to the waiver or rebate under the Campaign is not transferable and may not be assigned or novated.
  16. You may subscribe for a device bundle under a device contract, the Maxis Zerolution Plan subject to the following:  
      1. Customers who subscribe to the Plan(s) under the Maxis Zerolution Plan shall be subject to Maxis’ credit checks. Your eligibility to subscribe to the Plan(s) and consequently, entitlement to the waiver or rebate is conditional upon meeting the credit checks threshold as required by Maxis.
  17. The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, netprice products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  18. By subscribing to the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) and applicable addendum, Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  19. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  20. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel the promotions without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
  21. We will not be liable for any claims by you or any third party for loss or damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, loss of savings, punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with your subscription of the Campaign.
  22. Any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
  23. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
