• General

  1. Repricing:  The new prices will come into effect on the 8^th of December 2023, (available at https://business.maxis.com.my/en/data-internet/fibre/)

  3. Unless as specified otherwise, capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  4. Further, this SSTC is subject to the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Business Fibre which is available at https://business.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/business/ (“SSTC Business Fibre”).
  5. For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between
     1. this SSTC, the GTC and the STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) this SSTC; (ii) GTC; and (iii) STC;
     2. this SSTC and the SSTC Business Fibre, this SSTC shall take precedence.
  6. We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Offer is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Offer (whether in whole or in part) at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) under the Offer after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Offer is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.

• Eligibility

  7. You are eligible if you are:
     1. new Maxis Business Customer(s) who signed up for the Plan(s) by submitting the completed Registration Form to Maxis; or
     2. existing Maxis Business Customer(s) who signed up for the Plan.
     3. existing Maxis Business Customer(s) who is currently in contract with Maxis under either Maxis Business Fibre 30 Mbps plan or Maxis Business Fibre 100 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 300 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 500 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 800 Mbps & Maxis Business Fibre 1 Gbps plan.
     4. existing Maxis Business Customer(s) who is currently out of contract with Maxis under either Maxis Business Fibre 30 Mbps plan or Maxis Business Fibre 100 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 300 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 500 Mbps plan, Maxis Business Fibre 800 Mbps & Maxis Business Fibre 1 Gbps plan.
  8. If you are Existing Lower Plan(s), Existing Higher Plan(s) or Existing Same Plan(s) Maxis Business Customer(s) who signed up for the Plan, for the purpose of this SSTC and SSTC Business Fibre:
     1. you are deemed to have entered a new contract with Maxis and your Minimum Period of Service for the new Plan will start from the Service Commencement Date of the new Plan; and
     2. your monthly recurring charges for the whole months remaining for the Minimum Period of Service under the Existing Lower Plan(s), Existing Higher Plan(s) and Existing Same Plan(s) will be waived.
  9. We reserve the right to alter the eligibility criteria at any time.

• Things we may do to the Service(s)

  10. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP);
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes; or
      5. shows usage in any device(s) or equipment other than Maxis Equipment.

• Other terms and conditions

  11. The rebate under the Offer is only applicable for the monthly Charges of the Plan(s) and it shall not apply to any value-added services subscribed by you under the Plan(s). The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions, offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  12. Charges for the Service(s) will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
  13. Our decisions in any matter in relation to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  14. All Charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
  15. If any of the provision in this SSTC is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
