• What does the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan offer?

  The all-new Maxis Business Postpaid is the business mobile postpaid plan designed for all business customers, it consists of:

  • Shareable 4G/5G data quota with unlimited calls & SMS
  • Additional non-shareable 5G bonus data quota
  • Extra productivity data for business productivity apps
  • Free Voice Go solution for 24 months
  • Free eSMS solution for 24 months

• Who is eligible for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans?

  This plan is open for company registration for existing lines, new registrations, and port-ins.

• Can I register all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans without a device (i.e., SIM only plan)?

  Yes. Customers can sign up for a stand alone SIM only plan with no contract. You will be contracted if you sign up with a Maxis Business contract, Maxis Zerolution or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
  

• How many share lines can I sign up with the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans?

  You are allowed to sign up for an eligible amount of share lines, depending on which all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan purchased.

• Does the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans support MSIM?

  No. Multi-SIM is not available on the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans.   

• What is productivity data?

  The productivity data is only offered to eligible all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans and it allows you to enjoy free content on our whitelisted websites or mobile applications without consuming your rate plan data quota.

• What are the eligible business productivity apps for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans?

  The eligible business productivity apps refer to Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, MS outlook, Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom, Deltapath and Voice Connect.

• What will happen if I exhaust the productivity data quota?

  You can still access those business productivity applications using your rate plan data quota and the productivity data quota will be refreshed at the end of the bill cycle.

• Can I sign up for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans under the individual segment (billable to self instead of company)?

  For personal usage, we encourage you to sign up for all-new Maxis Business Postpaid lines so that you can enjoy the plan’s benefits for yourself and your family.

• If I am an existing customer on the previous Maxis Business Postpaid plans, can I upgrade to the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans?

  Yes, you can upgrade your current plan to the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans. If you are contracted, your contract tenure will continue.

• If I am an existing customer on the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan, can I change my plan back to the previous Maxis Business Postpaid plans?

  No. You are not allowed to change back to the previous Maxis Business Postpaid plans

• Can we do combined subsidy if customer takes multiple new lines?

  Yes, combined subsidy is allowed for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans.

• If I am an existing customer on the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan, am I eligible to sign up for the Maxis Business Postpaid & Fibre bundle converged offer?

  Yes, you can. You will need to be currently on one of our eligible fibre plans or sign up for one to enjoy unlimited data for your mobile lines.

• What happens if I terminate my all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan that is under converged offer?

  If you terminate your all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan under converged offer, you will no longer able to enjoy unlimited data on your mobile plans.

• What happens if I terminate my all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan earlier than the agreed contract period?

  If you perform an early termination to your all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan, you will be charged a penalty fee.

  Early Termination Charges = Rate Plan Monthly Commitment fee x Remaining month(s).

• If I upgrade to the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan, will my current Maxis Business Postpaid Share 48 plans be able to enjoy 5G?

  Yes, they can. You can select which Maxis Business Postpaid Share 48 to enjoy 5G within the same account, up to the number of eligible share line allocation based on the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans.
