  • These plans are available to businesses with company registrations, whether for existing lines, new registrations, or port-ins

  • Yes, customers can sign up for a standalone SIM-only plan with no contract. However, if you sign up with a Maxis Business contract, Maxis Zerolution, or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), you will be subject to a contract.

  • You can sign up for an eligible number of share lines, depending on the specific Maxis Business Postpaid plan you choose.

  • No. Multi-SIM is not supported on the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans.

  • Unified data refers to the consolidation of previous separate data allocations into a single allocation, combining both 5G and 4G data quotas.

  • Productivity data is available only for eligible all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans. It allows you to access free content on our whitelisted websites or mobile applications without consuming your rate plan base data quota.

  • Eligible business productivity apps include Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, MS Outlook, Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom, Deltapath, and Voice Connect.

  • You can continue using business productivity apps by utilizing your rate plan base data quota. The productivity data quota will reset at the end of your billing cycle.

  • For personal use, we recommend signing up for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans to enjoy the benefits for yourself and your family.

  • Yes, you can upgrade to the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans. If you are under contract, your existing contract tenure will continue.

  • No. You are not allowed to change back to the previous Maxis Business Postpaid plans.

  • Yes, combined subsidy is allowed for the all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plans.

  • Yes, your data quota will be upgraded, and you will receive an SMS notification once the upgrade process is completed.

  • Yes, you can. To enjoy unlimited data for your mobile lines, you must either be on an eligible fibre plan or sign up for one.

  • If you terminate your all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan under converged offer, you will lose access to unlimited data on your mobile plans.

  • If you terminate your plan early, you will incur a penalty fee.

    Early Termination Charges = Rate Plan Monthly Commitment fee x Remaining month(s).

  • Yes, you can choose which Maxis Business Postpaid Share 48 plan to enable 5G, within the eligible share line allocation based on your all-new Maxis Business Postpaid plan.
